NEW CUSTOMERS

Open account credit is immediately extended to all companies with a satisfactory DUN & BRADSTREET rating. For non-rated companies, the first order will be shipped COD until credit approval.

TERMS

Payment terms for open accounts are Net 10 Days from date of invoice. We also accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be charged to businesses and individuals unless a tax exemption or resale certificate is on file with Midwest Box Company.

SHIPPING

Within limitations, products are shipped via UPS. Shipping and Handling charges will be added to your invoice. Heavier and larger products are shipped common carrier. On common carrier shipments, the carrier will collect the freight charges. All shipments are from our Omaha, Nebraska warehouse unless otherwise stated. In all cases, we work to provide the lowest possible freight rates.

Midwest Box Company maintains the lowest possible prices at all times. However, due to unexpected increases from our suppliers we reserve the right to change prices without advance notice.
